Chocolate Peanut Butter Crêpes

  1. 1 teaspoon Quest® Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
  2. 6 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt
  3. 1 12 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk
  4. 2 teaspoons zero-calorie sweetener
  5. 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  6. 12 teaspoon cocoa powder


  1. 1 Peanut Butter Supreme Quest Bar®
  2. 14 cup unsweetened almond milk
  3. 13 cup liquid egg whites
  4. 2 tablespoons oat flour
  5. 1 tablespoon almond flour
  6. 1 teaspoon zero-calorie sweetener
  7. Nonstick cooking spray


  1. 1 Quest® Peanut Butter Cup, chopped

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add all filling ingredients. Stir to combine, and set aside.


  1. Break Quest Bar® into small pieces and add to a microwave-safe bowl with almond milk. Microwave for 1 minute or until melted. Cool slightly.
  2. Pour the cooled bar, egg whites, oat flour, almond flour, and sweetener into a mini-blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Coat a small nonstick pan with cooking spray.
  4. Over medium heat, pour half the batter into pan and swirl to coat bottom.
  5. Loosen sides with a spatula, and flip.
  6. Cook briefly, and remove from pan. Repeat with remaining batter.


  1. Lay crêpe on a plate and spread with half the filling.
  2. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter cups.
  3. Fold crêpe and lightly sprinkle with peanut butter cups.
  4. Repeat for remaining crêpe, and serve.
