  1. 1 scoop Quest® Cookies and Cream Protein Powder
  2. 1 cup whole milk
  3. 14 cup zero-calorie sweetener
  4. Pinch of salt

Prep: 5min Cook: min

  1. In a blender, add milk, sweetener, and salt. Blend for 1 minute.
  2. Add Quest Protein Powder™ and blend for 1 minute.
  3. Pour into an ice cream maker, and follow manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Ice cream should be ready within 15 minutes. For a firmer ice cream, place in freezer for 2 hours.
  5. Divide into two chilled bowls, and serve.
