Crumble

  1. 2 S’mores Quest Bars®

Marshmallow Pudding

  1. 2 scoops Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
  2. 34 cup unsweetened almond milk
  3. 13 cup reduced-fat cream cheese
  4. 13 cup heavy cream
  5. 14 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate Pudding

  1. 1 S’mores Quest Bar®
  2. 3 tablespoons Quest® Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
  3. 34 cup unsweetened almond milk
  4. 3 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
  5. 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  6. 13 cup egg whites

Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Unwrap Quest Bars® and crumble onto a nonstick baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Once cooled, add to a mini-blender and process to fine crumbs.

Marshmallow Pudding

  1. In a mini-blender, add Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder, almond milk, and cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until whipped cream is achieved.
  3. Fold whipped cream into mixture.

Chocolate Pudding

  1. Break Quest Bar® into small pieces.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir Quest Bar® pieces and almond milk together until melted and smooth.
  3. In a blender, add Quest® Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder, melted bar mixture, sweetener, and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth. Pour into a medium bowl and set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites to high peaks.
  5. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture one tablespoon at a time.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 5 minutes.

Assembly

  1. Spoon 1 tablespoon of crumble into bottom of each parfait.
  2. Add 4 tablespoons of marshmallow pudding.
  3. Add 3 tablespoons of chocolate pudding.
  4. Finish with 1 tablespoon of crumble on top.
