Alfredo Sauce

  1. 1 scoop Quest® Multi-Purpose Mix Protein Powder
  2. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  3. 12 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  4. 12 teaspoon salt
  5. 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  6. 14 teaspoon onion powder
  7. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Chicken

  1. 2 (5-ounce) chicken cutlets
  2. Pinch of salt
  3. Pinch of garlic powder
  4. Nonstick cooking spray

Pasta

  1. 1 bag Quest® Spinach Fettuccine

Alfredo Sauce

  1. In a blender, add Quest Protein Powder®, almond milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a medium microwave-safe bowl. Set aside.

Chicken

  1. Rinse chicken, and pat dry.
  2. Season with salt and garlic powder.
  3. Coat a medium skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Heat pan over medium heat.
  5. Add chicken to pan and cook 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from pan and slice chicken into 12 inch strips.

Pasta

  1. Prepare Quest Pasta® following instructions on package. Drain noodles and pat dry.
  2. In a microwave, heat Alfredo sauce for 20 seconds. Stir, then heat 20 additional seconds.
  3. Fold in chopped parsley. Toss pasta in Alfredo sauce and divide onto two plates.
  4. Top with chicken, and serve immediately.
