  1. 1 bag Quest® Cheddar & Sour Cream Protein Chips
  2. 1 bag Quest® Sea Salt Protein Chips
  3. 12 scoop Quest® Multi-Purpose Mix Protein Powder
  4. 1 head cauliflower, broken into florets, large stems removed
  5. 1 small red potato
  6. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  7. 2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese
  8. 1 12 teaspoons butter extract
  9. 1 low-sodium chicken bouillon cube, crushed
  10. 14 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  11. 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  12. 1 teaspoon sea salt
  13. 14 teaspoon pepper
  14. 1 green onion, chopped

  1. Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl with 1-inch of water.
  2. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave for 10 minutes.
  3. Poke holes in the potato (keep peel on), and microwave for 5 minutes, or until soft. Chop into small squares.
  4. Drain cauliflower, and blot extra moisture.
  5. Place cauliflower and potato pieces in a food processor. Process until well combined.
  6. Lightly hand crush both bags of Quest Protein Chips™. Add to food processor with butter, cream cheese, butter extract, and bouillon. Process for 10 seconds or until well combined.
  7. Transfer contents from food processor into a bowl. Stir in Quest Protein Powder®, yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  8. Sprinkle in green onion, stir and serve immediately.
