Batter

  1. 1 12 scoops Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
  2. 3 tablespoons Brown Rice Powder/Flour
  3. 3 tablespoons liquid egg whites
  4. 1 egg
  5. 14 cup unsweetened almond milk
  6. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. 14 cup zero-calorie sweetener
  9. 14 teaspoon kosher salt
  10. 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips
  11. Nonstick cooking spray

Drizzle

  1. 12 scoop Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
  2. 12 cup sugar-free syrup
  3. 12 tablespoon water

Batter

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg whites, egg, almond milk, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix in Quest Protein Powder®, brown rice powder/flour, sweetener, and salt.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Spray a griddle with cooking spray and heat to 300°F, or spray a large nonstick sauté pan with cooking spray and heat over low-medium.
  5. Scoop 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake onto griddle.
  6. Cook pancakes 2 to 3 minutes each side, or until golden brown.
  7. Stack 3 pancakes onto each plate.

Drizzle

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Quest Protein Powder®, syrup, and water until smooth.
  2. Top each pancake stack with 1 12 tablespoons of drizzle, and serve.
