Batter

  1. 1 12 scoops Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
  2. 3 tablespoons Quest® Brown Rice Powder
  3. 1 egg
  4. 3 tablespoons liquid egg whites
  5. 14 cup unsweetened almond milk
  6. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. 14 cup zero-calorie sweetener
  9. 14 teaspoon kosher salt
  10. 14 cup fresh blueberries
  11. Nonstick cooking spray

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, egg whites, almond milk, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix in Quest Protein Powder™, Quest® Brown Rice Powder, sweetener, and salt.¬†
  3. Fold in blueberries.
  4. Coat a griddle with cooking spray and heat to 300°F, or coat a large nonstick saut√© pan with cooking spray and heat over low-medium.
  5. Scoop 2 tablespoons of batter onto griddle per pancake.
  6. Cook pancakes on each side for 2 to 3 minutes, or until lightly golden brown, and serve.
