Through Quest for Impact, we help grassroots organizations remove barriers, unlock opportunities, and strengthen their futures. So far, we’ve awarded $240,000 in grants to help expand their reach—from opening new facilities to launching programs that give both kids and adults the tools they need to succeed. Amy Jandrisevits

Founder Amy Jandrisevits leads A Doll Like Me, a nonprofit that designs one-of-a-kind dolls for children with physical and medical differences. Built on the belief that representation matters, Jandrisevits helps children feel seen, valued, and included through the power of play. Her work opens doors to self-acceptance and belonging—fueling emotional strength through thoughtful representation. Each doll reflects the uniqueness of the child who receives it, affirming their place in the world. Support from Quest for Impact helps A Doll Like Me grow its reach and impact—removing barriers to inclusion and delivering more dolls to kids who deserve to see themselves reflected in the toys they love.

Becca Stanley

Founder Becca Stanley leads Blueprint 58, a nonprofit building long-term relationships that support youth and families in Atlanta’s Pittsburgh neighborhood. From one-on-one mentoring to community sports leagues, Stanley helps young people build strength, purpose, and belonging. Her approach aligns with Quest’s mission to fuel change through connection, mentorship, and long-term community support. With help from Quest for Impact, Blueprint 58 expands its reach, strengthens neighborhood-rooted initiatives, and unlocks opportunities for young leaders to grow into the future they deserve.

Founder Rich Rodriguez leads Harlem Free Fight Academy, a nonprofit that uses martial arts to empower youth across Harlem—inside the ring and in life. Free boxing and jiu jitsu classes break down economic barriers to athletics and instill discipline, respect, and perseverance—values that drive success far beyond the mat. Rodriguez’s mission aligns with Quest’s belief in fueling growth through mindset, movement, and community. Support from Quest for Impact helps Harlem Free Fight expand access, train more coaches, and build stronger, more resilient futures for the next generation.

Campbell Lillard

Co-Founder at DEUCE Community (Los Angeles, CA)

Co-Founder Campbell Lillard helps lead DEUCE Community, an organization serving individuals impacted by the justice system, substance use disorder, and housing instability. Through strength and conditioning coaching, DEUCE empowers participants to develop essential life skills, reclaim ownership of their futures, and work toward personal growth and reintegration into society. With Quest for Impact’s support, DEUCE Community continues to break down barriers to personal transformation, expands programs that build strength, foster resilience, and open new pathways for individuals rebuilding their lives.

Damen Fletcher

Founder and CEO of Train of Thought (Los Angeles, CA)

Founder Damen Fletcher leads Train of Thought, a chess education program that develops students’ minds and prepares them for life’s complexities. With a mission to make chess accessible to every student, Train of Thought hires dedicated coaches, serves numerous schools, and teaches thousands of students. Support from Quest for Impact helped Train of Thought broaden access to chess education, equipping young people with tools for strategic thinking, resilience, and growth—flipping the script on what’s possible for students in underserved communities.

Stacy McAlister

Founder and Executive Director of 5-Eleven Hoops (Los Angeles, CA)

Founder Stacy McAlister leads 5-Eleven Hoops, a basketball program that unites individuals with autism and special needs, fostering skill development, sportsmanship, social growth, and cognitive development. Inspired by his son’s autism journey, McAlister builds a safe, inclusive space through sports and community engagement. Quest for Impact funding furthered strengthening program management and expanded enrichment opportunities, empowering young athletes to develop confidence, connection, and the life skills they need to thrive.

Chelsea Wood

Director of Leadership and Outcomes at Soccer in the Streets (Atlanta, GA)

Director Chelsea Wood supports Soccer in the Streets, a program that fosters sportsmanship, social skills, and nutrition awareness for youth in underserved communities. Girls with Goals, one of their key programs, empowers young girls to play soccer in a traditionally male-dominated space. With support from Quest for Impact, Girls with Goals expanded its focus on movement, mindset, and community empowerment. The program advances mental wellness, leadership development, and social-emotional learning, helping young women redefine what’s possible on and off the field.

Giselle Carrillo

Founder of Los Courage Camps (Los Angeles, CA)

Founder Giselle Carrillo leads Los Courage Camps, a community-driven organization offering free surf, skate, and martial arts lessons—what she calls "joy sports"—to youth from Los Angeles' barrios. Raised in East LA by immigrant parents, Carrillo teaches these sports as a way to break barriers, build confidence, and reconnect young people with movement, health, and the outdoors. Through Courage Camps and El Barrio Athletic Club, she creates spaces where courage, community pride, and wellbeing are accessible to all. The support from Quest for Impact helped Los Courage Camps expand programs, reach more families, and fuel the next generation’s journey toward strength and self-expression.

Arelious Cooper

Founder of Art in the Paint (Atlanta, GA)

Founder Arelious Cooper leads Art in the Paint, a nonprofit that transforms neglected outdoor basketball courts into vibrant spaces that fuel creativity, connection, and community pride. A former professional basketball player, Cooper partners with local artists to install murals that inspire play, promote safety, and reimagine what’s possible in public spaces. His work stretches from Atlanta to communities around the world, helping unlock opportunities for youth through art and movement. The support from Quest for Impact helped Art in the Paint expand programming, invest in local artists, and strengthen the neighborhoods at the heart of each project.

Paulana Lamonier

Founder of Black People Will Swim (Queens, NY)

Founder Paulana Lamonier leads Black People Will Swim, a growing organization dedicated to smashing stereotypes and making swimming accessible for all. A former journalist, social media strategist, and collegiate swimmer, Paulana runs her Queens-based business to address racial disparities in swim education and access. By offering affordable, community-centered swim lessons, she works to save lives and create lasting change. The support from Quest for Impact helped Black People Will Swim expand its staff, increase access to free lessons, and deepen its impact within Black and Brown communities.

Brandon Dean Johnson

CEO of Create Now (Los Angeles, CA)

CEO Brandon Dean Johnson leads Create Now, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit that provides therapeutic arts programs for youth facing adversity. From painting and performance to digital media and culinary workshops, Johnson designs creative outlets that help young people express themselves, build confidence, and envision new possibilities. Through long-standing partnerships with schools, shelters, and artists, he brings mentorship and opportunity directly into underserved communities. The support from Quest for Impact helped Create Now expand hands-on programming, grow community outreach, and connect more youth with creative opportunities that fuel lasting change.
